David Feldmeier, Founder and President, has over 30 years of experience in business, marketing and technology. His patent experience includes seven years of in-house experience managing invention disclosure and evaluation, prosecution, re-exams, oppositions, and litigation in multinational corporations. Prior to that, Dave managed engineering teams in both large companies and start-ups. Dave has a J.D. from Santa Clara University and a M.S. in Computer Science from MIT.
Gustavo Pinto, COO, has over 30 years of experience as a corporate executive in Silicon Valley, with a focus on strategy, business development, marketing and operations. He holds several patents, and has been instrumental in driving critical licensing negotiations and business deals that enabled companies to establish solid technology and market advantages. Gus has an M.S. in Management from MIT’s Sloan School and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Yan Wang, VP of Business Development, has over 15 years of experience in R&D and project management in life science. Her focus is M&A and fundraising. She has established extensive networks with US life science companies, Chinese venture capitalists, and Chinese pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She works with a Silicon Valley investment bank to offer a complete package of services for M&A and fundraising in the areas of medical devices, diagnostics and therapeutics. Yan performed postdoc research at Stanford University, has a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from University of Southern California and a M.S. in Medical Biology from Nankai University in Tianjin, China. Yan is Co-chair of International Collaboration Committee of Chinese American Biopharmaceutical Society, the largest and most active non-profit organization in San Francisco Bay Area with over 3000 members and newsletter subscribers.
